How bedding affects sleep!

Human beings are part of the earth's natural cycle of seasons. The seasonal changes effect our metabolism and sleep patterns. As we approach the summer months, the light levels increase. Hot and humid air makes it harder to sleep. Feeling hot and sticky is not only uncomfortable, but it also interferes with our body attaining and maintaining a deep sleep.
